Website Maintenance
A website is not a finished object, it needs updates, backups, security and small changes to keep working. We handle all of it on a predictable monthly plan.

Keeping your website fast, secure and current
Website maintenance is the ongoing work that keeps a live site healthy: applying software and plugin updates, taking regular backups, monitoring uptime and performance, fixing things that break, patching security issues, and making the steady stream of small content changes every business needs. Skip it and a site slowly degrades, it slows down, picks up errors, drifts out of date, and eventually gets compromised. The Leads Hub has maintained websites for Toronto and Greater Toronto Area businesses since 2007.

For WordPress sites in particular, unmaintained plugins and core versions are the most common route to a hacked or broken site. Our plans keep everything current in a controlled way, updates tested rather than applied blindly, with off-site backups so a bad update or an attack can be rolled back quickly. We monitor the site around the clock and act on downtime, malware and performance drops without waiting for you to notice.
The plans also cover the practical side: content updates, new pages, image swaps, price and staff changes, adding a testimonial or a case study, and small design tweaks, all handled within a set number of hours each month so you are not raising a quote and waiting three days for every minor edit. Requests come in by email or a shared form and are turned around within an agreed timeframe. You get a monthly summary of what was updated, what was backed up, what changed and the current performance and security status, so the plan is visible rather than a line item you forget you pay for. Larger pieces of work (a new section, a redesign, a booking system) are scoped and quoted separately, but the day-to-day upkeep that keeps a site healthy is simply covered, every month, without you having to chase it.

Website maintenance FAQs

Do you maintain sites you didn't build?
Yes. We start with an audit to bring the site up to a stable baseline (backups, updates, security) then move it onto a standard plan. We will flag anything that needs fixing before ongoing maintenance makes sense.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
Monitoring alerts us, and we respond as a priority, restoring from a clean backup, removing malware and closing the entry point. Plans include a defined response time for incidents like this.
Are content updates really included?
Yes, up to the hours in your plan, typically enough for the routine edits, new pages and image swaps a business needs each month. Bigger pieces of work are quoted separately.
Can I cancel if I don't need it anymore?
Plans are month to month after the first term. If you leave, you keep all backups and access, there is no lock-in on your own site.
