Graphic Design
The visual side of every campaign (ads, social graphics, landing page visuals, brochures and brand assets) designed to a consistent standard and turned around when you need them.

Design that keeps every channel looking like one business
Graphic design in a marketing context is the production of the visuals that carry your message, display ads, social posts, landing page imagery, infographics, presentations, brochures, signage and the brand elements that tie them together. When it is inconsistent, every channel looks like a different company; when it is coherent, the whole marketing effort feels more established and more trustworthy. The Leads Hub has produced marketing design for Toronto and Greater Toronto Area businesses since 2007.

We work from a system. If you have brand guidelines we design within them; if you do not, we establish a working set, logo usage, colour palette, type scale, spacing, grid and a starter library of templates, so output stays consistent no matter which piece is being made, by whom, or when. That system is what lets us turn around individual requests quickly without each one drifting from the last, and it means a poster, a paid-social ad and a trade-show banner all read as the same company.
Day to day, the service handles the steady flow of design work a marketing programme generates: display and paid-social ad creative in every required size and aspect ratio, organic social graphics and carousels, landing page and email visuals, infographics and diagrams, pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers, printed collateral, signage and event material. Requests come in, we scope and produce them against the brand system, you review, and you receive print-ready PDFs and web-optimised files organised by where they will be used. The service pairs naturally with our content, social and advertising work, so the design and the message are built together rather than handed off in sequence and hoping they line up.

Graphic design FAQs

We don't have brand guidelines. Can you still help?
Yes. We start by establishing a working brand system (logo usage, colour, type and layout) enough to keep output consistent. A fuller brand identity project can follow if you want one.
Is this a retainer or per-project?
Either. Businesses with a steady flow of design work usually prefer a monthly allocation of hours; one-off pieces like a brochure or pitch deck can be quoted individually.
Can you work with our existing designer or team?
Yes. We can produce to your brand system and hand over fully editable files, or take on the overflow and repetitive resizing work so your in-house designer keeps their time for the bigger creative pieces. We are used to slotting into an existing team rather than replacing one.
What file formats do we get?
Whatever the use requires, web-optimised PNG, JPG, SVG and source files for digital, and print-ready PDFs with bleed, crop marks and CMYK colour for anything going to a printer. We can also hand over editable working files so your team can make minor changes in-house later.
