E-commerce Websites
Online stores built to sell: fast product pages, a checkout that does not lose the sale, and the reporting to see what is working, on WooCommerce, Shopify or a platform matched to your catalogue.

What we build your store with
The platform is chosen around your catalogue and how you operate, then set up with payments, shipping, tax and tracking that actually fit your business.
A store measured on revenue, not just visits
An online store has more moving parts than a brochure site: catalogue, checkout, payments, shipping, tax, fulfilment and reporting all have to work together. We build and configure the whole thing to convert and to be run day to day. The Leads Hub has built online stores for Toronto and GTA businesses since 2007.
A checkout built to convert
Fewer steps, guest checkout, trusted payment options, and no nasty surprises on shipping or tax.
Product pages that sell
Fast images, clear options, reviews, and stock and delivery information where buyers look for it.
The right platform for your catalogue
WooCommerce for control, Shopify for simplicity, a heavier platform only when the range genuinely demands it.
Set up to measure
Revenue, conversion rate and cart abandonment tracked from launch, not bolted on months later.
What an e-commerce project covers
Storefront, operations and growth are one build. A beautiful store that is painful to fulfil from, or one that sells but cannot be measured, is not finished.
Store & catalogue
The shopping experience, how products are found, compared and chosen.
- Product, category and search UX
- Variations, bundles and stock handling
- Content templates for launches and promotions
- Migration of products, customers and order history
Checkout & operations
Everything between add-to-cart and a fulfilled order.
- Payments: Stripe, cards and wallets
- Shipping, tax and fulfilment rules
- Accounts, order emails and invoices
- Discounts, and subscriptions where you need them
Growth & launch
Making the store fast, findable and measurable from day one.
- GA4 e-commerce tracking: revenue and funnel
- Speed pass for product and category pages
- SEO for product and category pages
- Staging, test orders and a monitored launch with redirects
Our e-commerce process
Five stages, each signed off before the next, so the catalogue migrates cleanly, orders are tested before launch, and the store is measurable on day one.
Discovery & catalogue plan
Products, variants, payments, shipping and tax mapped, and the platform chosen around how you operate.
Store design
Home, category, product and checkout templates are designed and reviewed with you before the build.
Build & configure
The store is built for speed and search, with payments, shipping, tax and fulfilment rules set up.
Migrate & test orders
Products, customers and orders are moved across; we place end-to-end test orders and check every email.
Launch & optimise
We launch from staging with redirects live, then watch revenue, conversion and abandonment and tune.

Selling on marketplaces and want your own store?
We will build the storefront and move your catalogue, customers and order history across cleanly.
Why choose The Leads Hub for e-commerce
- We build the whole store (catalogue, checkout, payments, shipping, tax and reporting) not just the design.
- The platform is chosen around your catalogue and operations, not our preference.
- Revenue and funnel tracking are configured before launch, so you can see what the store actually does.
- Launches are migrated carefully (products, orders and URLs mapped) so sales and rankings hold. Since 2007.
E-commerce FAQs

WooCommerce or Shopify?
It depends on your catalogue and how you run the business. WooCommerce gives more control and no per-sale platform fee but needs maintaining; Shopify is simpler to operate with less to manage. We recommend one after the first call, based on your range, integrations and team.
Can you migrate my existing store?
Yes. We move products, variants, customers and order history, map and 301-redirect every URL, carry across SEO, and place test orders end to end before launch so nothing breaks on day one.
Do you handle payments, shipping and tax setup?
Yes, Stripe, cards and wallets for payments, plus shipping zones and rates, tax rules for your regions, and order emails and invoices. It is part of the build, configured and tested, not left for you to wire up.
Can you just redesign our checkout?
Often, yes, if you are on a platform that allows it. A focused checkout rebuild is one of the highest-return changes for an existing store. We will review what is possible on your setup on the call.
