Social Media Advertising
Paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram that reach the buyers who are not searching yet, targeted by who they are, measured on the enquiries and sales they produce.

Social advertising that reaches demand before it hits the search bar
Social media advertising means paid placements in the feeds and stories of platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Unlike search, where you wait for someone to type a query, social ads let you reach people by who they are (their location, role, interests, life stage and behaviour) and put a relevant offer in front of them before they have started looking. The Leads Hub has run paid social for Toronto and Greater Toronto Area businesses since 2007, and we hold it to the same standard as every other channel: cost per qualified enquiry.

Paid social lives or dies on two things: audience and creative. We define the audiences worth paying to reach, cold prospects who match your best customers, warm audiences who visited your site or engaged with your content, and existing contacts for retention, and we build creative for each stage. Feed-native video and image ads that stop the scroll, copy that speaks to a real problem, and a clear next step. Weak creative cannot be rescued by good targeting, so this is where the effort goes.
Everything is wired to conversion tracking through the pixel and the conversions API so we can see which audience and which specific ad produced an enquiry or a sale, not just which one got the cheapest clicks or the most likes. We run a structured testing cycle, audiences, opening hooks, formats and offers tested a few variables at a time so the results mean something, then kill what underperforms quickly and put budget behind what works. Retargeting sequences catch the large share of people who watch a video, visit the site or open a form and do not act the first time, usually at a much lower cost per enquiry than cold traffic. Because social creative fatigues, we keep a pipeline of new concepts in production so performance does not decay. Monthly reporting shows spend, enquiries, cost per lead, and the creative and audiences driving the result, with a clear read on what to make more of next month.

Social media advertising FAQs

Which platforms do you run ads on?
Primarily Facebook and Instagram through Meta Ads Manager, since that is where most of our clients' audiences are. We add other platforms when the audience and objective justify it.
Does paid social work for B2B?
It can, for awareness and retargeting, and it is cheaper than LinkedIn for reach. For precise targeting by job title and company, LinkedIn Ads is usually the better primary channel with paid social supporting it.
How much creative do you need?
Several variations per audience at launch, then a steady stream of new concepts, because social creative fatigues. We plan production so there is always something fresh to test.
Is paid social different from social media management?
Yes. Management is your organic presence, posting, community, content. Advertising is paid reach to defined audiences. They work well together but are scoped and billed separately.
