Social Media Management
A consistent, credible presence on the platforms your customers use, planned, posted and managed for you, with reporting that connects it to awareness and enquiries.

Your social presence, run properly and consistently
Social media management is the day-to-day running of your organic social accounts: deciding what to post, creating and scheduling it, replying to comments and messages, and tracking what works. Most businesses know they should be active on social but cannot sustain it in-house, it slips, the accounts go quiet, and a dormant profile does more harm than none. The Leads Hub has managed social accounts for Toronto and Greater Toronto Area businesses since 2007.

We start with a light strategy: which platforms are actually worth your time given where your audience is, what mix of content fits your business, and how often to post to stay visible without becoming noise. For a local trade that might be two well-made posts a week on Facebook and Instagram; for a B2B firm, a steadier presence on LinkedIn. The plan is realistic and tied to a monthly content calendar you approve in advance.
From there we handle production and publishing, on-brand graphics, photos, short vertical video and captions written the way each platform is actually read, and we manage the community day to day: responding to comments and direct messages in your voice within agreed hours, flagging genuine enquiries straight to you so a sales opportunity is not sitting unread in a social inbox, and keeping an eye on mentions and tags so you know what is being said. We keep a light content bank so a quiet week or a staff holiday does not leave the accounts dormant. Paid promotion is available where a particular post or offer deserves more reach than the organic feed will give it, that runs through our social media advertising service. Monthly reporting covers reach, engagement, follower growth, the posts that performed and why, and, where it applies, the website visits and enquiries social contributed to.

Social media management FAQs

Which platforms should my business be on?
Only the ones where your audience actually is and you can sustain a presence. For most local businesses that is Facebook and Instagram; for B2B, LinkedIn. We would rather you do two platforms well than five badly.
How often will you post?
Enough to stay visible without becoming filler, commonly two to four times a week per platform. We set the cadence in the strategy based on your goals and how much content we can produce well.
Do I get to see posts before they go live?
Yes. You approve the monthly content calendar in advance, and we adjust anything before it is scheduled.
Can social media actually generate leads?
Organic social mostly builds awareness and trust, which support enquiries through other channels. For direct lead generation we usually add a paid layer, that is covered under social media advertising.
